E-CDS1: ENVIROMUX legacy liquid-chemical detection sensor 

For detecting the presence of chemical liquid - reliably senses acids, bases, and other conductive liquids.

Features a non-conductive polymer mesh that prevents false alarms caused by dirt/dust buildup, metal contact, or pressure on the rope.

Chemical resistant – cable functions normally after seven-day exposure to:
• Fresh deionized water
• Tap water
• Sulfuric acid (98%)
• Sulfuric acid (50%)
• Hydrochloric acid (37%)
• Sodium hydroxide (10%)
• Aqua regia, HNO3+3 HCl
• Ethylene glycol, C2H6O2 (60% in DI water)
