Payment methods

KVMGalore accepts payment by credit-card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.Accepted credit cards

If you prefer using a company purchase order and would like to be able to be invoiced for payment - we can accommodate this via our parent company - Rackit Technology Corporation.

Please contact us with your request to be setup for using purchase orders (POs), then download Rackit's credit application, sign it and fax it over to (718) 729-0212. In most cases we can process your request and set you up within 2 business days or less.

Other payment methods may include:

    • Cash payments at our sales office
    • Pre-payment via check
    • Pre-payment via wire-transfer. Contact us to receive our wire-transfer information.

Sales tax

KVMGalore is based in New York state. New York state residents are liable for the sales tax of the county in which they reside. Our online ordering system charges New York sales tax on any order that ships to New York state. The New York state tax rate we currently charge is 8.875%.

Due to software limitations, and in order to abide by law, the sales tax rate and amount may be adjusted after your order has been placed. If this is the case, the final sales tax rate and amount on your order will reflect the correct sales tax rate that applies to the county of the shipping address.

Order processing

Once an online order is placed - an order confirmation e-mail is sent out to the provided e-mail address.

Orders get processed on business days only, between 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Orders received on a non-business day will be processed on the following business day.

An order-status update notification is sent out via e-mail to the provided e-mail address whenever the status of an order changes.

Warranty

All products sold by KVMGalore are brand new (unless otherwise specified). You will receive your purchase in the original manufacturer packaging with the manufacturer's warranty information enclosed.

All products include the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty is provided by the product's original manufacturer based on the manufacturer's warranty-terms and conditions. Warranty periods and terms vary in length by manufacturer, and are subject to the original manufacturer's terms.

If you suspect a product you've purchased from KVMGalore is malfunctioning, you should call the manufacturer's technical support for assistance. Click here to look up our manufacturers' technical support contact information.

KVMGalore will support any warranty claim you may have with the original manufacturer, for the duration of the warranty period, as long as you are the original customer of the product purchased from KVMGalore.

In the unlikely event that you are experiencing some difficulty with having the manufacturer resolve your warranty problem, please feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you towards a quick and satisfactory resolution of the matter.

Order cancellation

A customer may request to cancel an order or to cancel items on an order only under the following circumstances:

  • If the order hasn't yet been shipped, and/or
  • If the order hasn't yet been charged for.

To cancel an item or an entire order you can:

  1. Call us at 1-800-636-3434 (or 718-729-1499) to speak with a customer-service agent and verbally request your cancellation over the phone. Do not leave a voice-mail message!
  2. Contact us online with your cancellation request.

Please make sure to indicate your order number.

Do not send us an e-mail other than via our contact us form, since it may be caught in SPAM and never reach our ordering department for processing.

After receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account. You can also confirm that the order has been canceled by visiting your account. The status of the cancelled order will show: Canceled.

Cancelling after your credit-card has been charged
When cancelling an order (or items on an order) - please let us know if you prefer a refund or a store-credit.

If you want a refund. If the order you are cancelling has not yet been shipped but the credit-card charge for it has already gone through (and cannot be voided upon receiving your cancellation request) - your order will be cancelled and it will not ship, but it will be subject to an 8% cancellation fee. Your credit card will be refunded within the next two business days. The amount refunded will be equal to the order's grand total including shipping charges (or equal to the total for the cancelled items), less 8% cancellation fee.

If you want a store-credit. If the order you are cancelling has not yet been shipped but the credit-card charge for it has already gone through (and cannot be voided upon receiving your cancellation request) - your order will be cancelled and it will not ship. To avoid a cancellation fee, you may opt to receive a store-credit instead of a refund. In this case, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a coupon you can use for your subsequent purchase.
Store credit will be equal to the order's grand total including shipping charges (or equal to the total for the cancelled items). Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the original's order date. Store credit may be used for multiple purchases.

Call customer service at 1-800-636-3434 if you're having difficulty using your store-credit coupon.

Cancelling after the order has been shipped
If the order you are cancelling has already been shipped - it cannot be cancelled. Upon delivery - you may refuse the package and instruct the carrier to ship it back. Upon receiving your refused package we will process the return in accordance to our Return Policy. A resulting refund to your credit card will take place within up to 30 days from the day we received the return. Such refund will be subject to a restocking fee as described in our Return Policy, and will also be subject to an 8% cancellation fee calculated based on the order's grand-total. Round trip shipping cost will also be deducted from such refund.

Refunds

Any refund due - as a result of a return, an order cancellation, or any other agreed-upon refund - may take up to 30 days to complete.

  • If you haven't received your refund - contact us with your concern and we will respond within one business day or less with the status of your refund.
  • Do not file a chargeback claim with your credit-card company. Instead - contact us with your concern and we will respond within one business day or less with the status of your refund. Every chargeback claim will be investigated and will be subject to a $100 fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping information

Shipping schedule

  • Orders received before 11:00 am EST on a business day will typically ship either the same day or within 1 to 3 business days (depending on product availability).
  • Orders received after 11:00 am EST on a business day will typically ship within 1 to 4 business days (depending on product availability).
  • Orders received on a non-business day will be processed on the following business day, and will typically ship either the same day they are processed or within 1 to 3 business days (depending on product availability).
  • Some products may have longer lead time to ship due to product availability. In such cases, an order-status update notification is typically sent out via e-mail to the provided e-mail address advising of expected ship date. Such order-status may also be viewed when logging in to kvmgalore.com.

Free shipping

Free shipping, when offered, only applies to Ground service, and is in effect only to shipping destinations within the contiguous 48 states of USA. When shipping an order that was placed with 'Free shipping', KVMGalore reserves the right to use any shipping carrier it sees fit, which may include carriers other than FedEx and UPS.

Domestic orders (USA)

KVMGalore offers a variety of shipping options through FedEx and UPS. You may select your preferred shipping option during the checkout process, based on your shipping address.

Such services may include:

    • Ground
    • 3 Day - Guaranteed by the carrier by end of day -- 3 business days after shipping
    • 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed by the carrier by end of day -- 2 business days after shipping
    • 2nd Day Air AM - Guaranteed by the carrier by 12:00 noon -- 2 business days after shipping
    • Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed by the carrier by 3:00 PM -- 1 business day after shipping
    • Next Day Air - Guaranteed by the carrier by 10:30 AM -- 1 business day after shipping
    • Next Day Air Early AM - Guaranteed by the carrier by 8:30 AM -- 1 business day after shipping

Some of the above-listed delivery services may not be available to some domestic destinations.

When you provide your shipping address, make sure that it is a physical address (we cannot deliver to a Post Office box) and that it is a valid shipping address. Include a phone number where you can be reached during the day in case there is a delivery problem.

All shipping charges are estimates and typically represent the actual final shipping charge. However, if the actual shipping charge is significantly greater than the estimated charge, we will increase the shipping charge and contact you before shipping the order for your approval. We will not ship the order without your consent to the increased shipping charge.

All shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

KVMGalore reserves the right to choose a shipping carrier for each order as it sees fit. When shipping an order that was placed with 'Free shipping', KVMGalore reserves the right to use any shipping carrier it sees fit, which may include carriers other than FedEx and UPS.

International orders

KVMGalore ships internationally. KVMGalore offers a variety of international shipping options through FedEx and UPS. You may select your preferred shipping option during the checkout process, based on your shipping address.

Shipment time varies between 4-14 days, depending on the selected shipping service and your location.

Your package may be delayed in customs and delivery time may be longer than anticipated due to Customs activities.

International shipments might be subject to duty, brokerage fee, G.S.T., P.S.T. and other import taxes which will be collected from you by the shipping company upon delivery. KVMGalore has no control over these charges and does not collect them. These charges are typically based on the value of the product.

Encrypted order information

Your order information is completely secure! Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt this information, preventing it from being intercepted.

Credit-card information

We don't keep your credit card on file. We never receive nor retain your credit card number. Ever! When you place an order, your credit card number is encrypted and passed on to your card issuer for payment processing, and that's it! Our database does not record your credit-card number, ever!
