This USB-C 3.2 Gen1 dual-HDMI extender kit (model: 500536) enables USB 3.2 Gen1 connectivity at data rates up to 5Gbps and extends true USB up to 328 feet (100 m) over standard CAT-6a UTP cable.

The Transmitter features two USB-C 3.2 Gen1 selectable hosts ports, three local USB (1x USB Type-C and two USB Type-A) ports, one FSYSNC GPIO input port and one RS-232 passthrough.

The Receiver features three USB 3.2 Gen1 (1x USB Type-C and 2x USB Type-A) ports, two HDMI output ports, one FSYSNC GPIO output, one audio 5-pin terminal-block output, and one RS-232 pass through. Both HDMI outputs always display the video coming from whichever host is currently selected on the Transmitter. The audio output on the Receiver always follows the currently selected USB host on the Transmitter.

A remote user can select between the two host computers by sending RS-232 commands. If a USB camera is connected to the Receiver, the selected host computer is the one that will have access to its signal.

The extender also supports 24V bi-directional PoC.

This USB-C 3.2 Gen1 dual-HDMI extender kit is true plug and play, requires no additional software drivers, and is compatible with all major operating systems.

The unit supports a wide variety of USB extension applications including security, industrial control, digital signage, scientific data acquisition and other implementations of USB standards.
