  1. What is the ClubPoints program?

    We wanted to give something back to thank you for your continuous support so we've launched the ClubPoints rewards program.

    ClubPoints is a simple rewards program. While shopping at KVMGalore® you earn ClubPoints for the every dollar you spend.

    Subsequently, you can use your earned ClubPoints to pay for future purchases at KVMGalore®.

    ClubPoints program went into effect on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. All purchases made after this date will earn ClubPoints.


  2. How does the ClubPoints program work?

    When an order is placed, the total* amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your ClubPoints account. Bonus ClubPoints may also be earned for referrals, newsletter subscription and product reviews (if activated).

    Upon validation, your earned ClubPoints accumulate in your ClubPoints account and – once they reach a minimum requirement – they are ready to be redeemed as 'form of payment' in any subsequent order you place.

    You must login to your account in order to view your ClubPoints.

    When you place a subsequent order on KVMGalore®, you will be able to pay for your order with your ClubPoints balance during the checkout process.

    * In most cases shipping charges and taxes are excluded.


  3. What is ClubPoints value?

    Currently, you earn 1 ClubPoints for every $1.00 spent at KVMGalore®.

    For example:
              Product Cost:  $2,000.00
              ClubPoints Earned: 2000, currently valued at $50.00

    Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. The rate shown here will always be current.

  4. How do I redeem ClubPoints?

    If you have a balance in your ClubPoints account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at KVMGalore®.

    During the checkout process, on the same page in which you select a payment method, you will be presented with the number of ClubPoints available for you to redeem. Check the box to use all available ClubPoints. Please note, you will still have to enter your credit card information (for validation), or if there are not enough ClubPoints in your account to cover the cost of your purchase.

    Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the ClubPoints redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your ClubPoints account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

    Note that any purchase made by redeeming ClubPoints will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other then points.


  5. Is there a minimum balance of ClubPoints required?

    Currently, a minimum balance of 1,000 ClubPoints is required before you can start to redeem them.

    A maximum of 1,000,000 ClubPoints is allowed to redeem per order.

  8. Will I earn ClubPoints for shipping charges?

    No. When calculating the amount of ClubPoints earned, shipping charges are excluded.

  16. Terms and conditions

    • ClubPoints are only available to registered KVMGalore® members.
    • ClubPoints are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
    • ClubPoints are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
    • Redeemed ClubPoints will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
    • Redeemed ClubPoints will not be refunded for any returned order.
    • Referral ClubPoints will not be awarded (or will be revoked if had already been awarded) if purchaser cancels or returns the order that prompted the referral ClubPoints.
    • Bonus ClubPoints awarded for subscribing to KVMGalore® Newsletter will be revoked if subscriber un-subscribes.
    • When paying with ClubPoints, you will still need to enter your credit card information regardless of whether your ClubPoints account balance covers the cost of your purchase.
