Ordering Information

  • Orders received before 10:00 AM EST will be processed on the same business day, and will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days (depending on product availability).
  • Orders received after 10:00 AM EST will be processed the same business day or the following business day, and will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days (depending on product availability).
  • Some products may have longer lead time for shipping. You may log in any time to check the status of your order.
  • When you place your order you will be e-mailed an Order Acknowledgement. The Order Acknowledgement will have a link that will allow you to view the details of your order and print an invoice.
  • Whenever the status of your order changes, i.e. it has been received, waiting on shipment, or when your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail notification. This e-mail notification will have a link that will allow you to view the details of your order and print an invoice.
  • You may always login to www.kvmgalore.com to determine the current status of your order.
  • You may also log in to www.kvmgalore.com to lookup previous orders, and use that information to quickly place a new order.
  • Order cancellations may be submitted either by e-mail, or by phone, or through our Contact us form. An order that has been cancelled by the customer after the credit-card charge has gone through is subject to an 8% cancellation fee.

Typical order statuses may include:

Pending – The order has been successfully submitted to our sales department for processing.

Received – The order has been received by our sales department. Your credit-card payment has also been received and approved.

Processed – The order processing has been completed by our sales department. The order has been sent to the warehouse for shipment processing.  Typically a shipping schedule is provided with this status.

Waiting on Shipping – The order is being handled by the warehouse, being boxed, and on its way to being shipped out.

Shipped – The order has been shipped. Typically a tracking number is provided with this status.

Partially Shipped – Part of the order has been shipped.  Typically a tracking number is provided with this status.  Information detailing which product has shipped and which is still on backorder is also provided.

Shipped Complete – The order has been shipped in full (after a previous partial shipment). Typically a tracking number is provided with this status.

Product on Order – A product in your order is not readily available to ship from inventory, but is expected to arrive in our warehouse and ship out to you within a short period of time. Typically an estimated ship date is provided with this status.

Product on Backorder – A product in your order is not in stock, either at our warehouse or at the manufacturer's warehouse.  Typically an estimated ship date is provided with this status.

Canceled – The order has been canceled.  Typically, the reason for the cancellation is detailed, as well as an updated payment status that pertains to the canceled order.

 

Shipping Information

Estimate Shipping Costs

KVM Galore provides the capability of estimating the shipping costs of your order at any time. No login is required!

When you bring up your shopping cart (by clicking on the "Shopping Cart Icon" at the top right corner, you are presented with a link to "Estimate Shipping Costs on This Order". Clicking the link will prompt for entering your shipping Zip (Postal) Code, and Country. After a few seconds you will be presented with all shipping services available to your shipping destination, along with their corresponding costs.

Free Shipping

Free shipping, when offered, only applies to Ground service, and is in effect only to shipping destinations to which Ground service is available through carriers used by KVMGalore.

Domestic Orders (USA)

KVMGalore offers a variety of shipping options through DHL and UPS.  You may select your preferred shipping option during the checkout process, based on your shipping address. Such services may include:

    • Ground
    • 3 Day Select - Guaranteed by the carrier by end of day -- 3 business days after shipping
    • 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed by the carrier by end of day -- 2 business days after shipping
    • 2nd Day Air A.M. - Guaranteed by the carrier by 12:00 noon -- 2 business days after shipping
    • Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed by the carrier by 3:00 P.M. -- 1 business day after shipping
    • Next Day Air - Guaranteed by the carrier by 10:30 A.M. -- 1 business day after shipping
    • Next Day Air Early A.M. - Guaranteed by the carrier by 8:30 A.M. -- 1 business day after shipping

When you provide your shipping address, insure that it is a physical address (we cannot deliver to a  Post Office box) and is a valid shipping address. Include a phone number where you can be reached during the day in case there is a delivery problem.

All shipping charges are estimates and typically represent the actual final shipping charge. However, if the actual shipping charge is significantly greater than the estimated charge, we will increase the shipping charge and contact you before shipping the order for your approval. We will not ship the order without your consent to the increased shipping charge.

All shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

International Orders

KVMGalore ships internationally. KVMGalore offers a variety of international shipping options through  DHL and UPS, You may select your preferred shipping option during the checkout process, based on your shipping address.

Shipment time varies between 4-14 days, depending on the selected shipping service and your location.

Your package may be delayed in Customs and delivery time may be longer than anticipated due to Customs activities.

International shipments might be subject to Duty, Brokerage fee, G.S.T., P.S.T. and other import taxes which will be collected from you by the shipping company upon delivery. KVMGalore has no control over these charges and does not collect them. These charges are typically based on the value of the product.

Payment Method 

KVMGalore accepts payment by credit-card only.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How Secure is your Order?

Completely secure! Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted.

Look for the lock icon at the bottom of your browser screen, indicating that your communication with our server is secure.

 

Warranty Information

KVMGalore sells only brand new product. You will receive your purchase in the original manufacturer packaging with the manufacturer's warranty information enclosed.

All products include the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty is provided by the product's original manufacturer based on the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Warranty periods and terms vary in length by manufacturer, and are subject to the original manufacturer's terms.

If you suspect a product you've purchased from KVMGalore is malfunctioning, you should call the manufacturer's technical support for assistance.

KVMGalore will support any warranty claim you may have with the original manufacturer, for the duration of the warranty period, as long as you are the original customer of the product purchased from KVMGalore.

In the unlikely event that you are experiencing some difficulty with having the manufacturer resolve your warranty problem, please feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you towards a quick and satisfactory resolution of the matter.

Sales Tax Information

KVMGalore is based in New York State. New York State residents are liable for the sales tax of the county in which they reside. The minimum tax rate charged in New York State is currently 8.875%.

Due to software limitations, and in order to abide by law, theSales Tax rate and amount may be adjusted after your order has been placed. If this is the case, the final Sales Tax rate and amount on your order will reflect the correct Sales Tax rate that applies to the county of the shipping address.
