4-port, dual- and quad-view Ultra-HD 4K DisplayPort-to-HDMI KVM switches

with full DisplayPort-in / HDMI-out video emulation and USB 2.0 peripheral sharing

DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches are capable of managing four 4K DisplayPort computers through two or four HDMI monitors, USB keyboard & mouse, and a set of speakers.

DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches are designed to overcome the inherent DisplayPort loss of emulated picture when switching from one connected computer to another, leading to a disorganized desktop video upon switching. By sending the video to an HDMI (instead of DisplayPort) monitor, DP-to-HDMI KVM switches offer full EDID-assisted HDMI video emulation that ensures visual workspaces and screen resolutions are remembered every time you switch between computers.

DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches support 4K resolution of up to 3840x2160 @ 30Hz, with zero pixel loss from TMDS signal correction.

Their USB 2.0 peripheral-sharing functionality allows users at the console to access USB devices like printers, memory devices, scanners, etc. and share their use between connected computers. For example, it allows the use of a flash memory drive or camera without having to plug it directly into the computer.

DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches are also easy to control with simple front-panel push-buttons, hot-key keyboard combination, as well as RS-232 functionality.

Source switching made easy
DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches offer simplified management between four DisplayPort equipped computers' USB 2.0 outputs. Keyboards, mice, and other connected USB devices can be switched between with ease. These dynamic KVM switches can be controlled via hot keys or RS-232 commands, as well as directly through the switch's easy-to-read front panel.

EDID pass-through and recognition
DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches feature EDID pass-through technology and source recognition, which enables smooth and efficient switching in virtually any scenario. This plug-and-play EDID functionality makes setup hassle free and simple.

Full USB keyboard and mouse emulation
The USB keyboard and mouse emulation utilized by DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches provides quick source switching via keyboard hot keys. DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches simulate the presence of a keyboard and mouse for every attached computer through a USB cable. This essential function simulates keyboard, video, and mouse control for all connected computers, so switching between each is kept seamless and completely uninterrupted.

Flexible control
• USB/keyboard: Hot keys enable the user to switch and control all the different functions of the KVM switch.
• RS-232: Any external device or program supporting RS-232 can control the DP-to-HDMI multi-screen. DP-to-HDMI multi-screen uses a very simple protocol that enables easy integration with other devices.

Independent simultaneous device selection and flexible sharing
Flexibility is key with DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches. It enables the use of a USB keyboard and mouse of one computer while other USB peripherals such as scanners and printers are connected to other computer sources. DP-to-HDMI multi-screen KVM switches maintain the ability to switch all connected devices to any one of the computer sources as with any other KVM switches.
