KVMs are becoming a target for cyber attacks as they may be the only possible link to bridge between isolated classified networks and networks open to the Internet. K200 secure KVMs from HighSecLabs (HSL) offer the highest possible separation between connected computers. Switching between up to 16 sources may be a confusing task for the users. K200 series KVMs feature a Remote Desktop Controller (RDC) port that can be interface with RDC440 controller. Using K200 series KVMs with RDC440, users can control and monitor the secure KVM remotely and enjoying color LCD with programmable network/computer names.K200 series KVMs use unidirectional optical data-diodes to prevent any potential leakage between the highly-isolated peripheral channels. These KVMs can also be used to securely filter and lock USB ports preventing data export / import through mass-storage devices by hardware.
K200 series KVMs support legacy VGA computers, single-link DVI or dual-link DVI video switching. K200 series KVMs are compatible with USB or PS/2 peripherals providing equal security levels. Patented EDID emulation technology enables secure operation with display Plug and Play support.
K200 series KVMs pass extensive security evaluations through all forms of known KVM attacks. K200 series KVMs were designed to securely operate with the assumption that two of the connected computers are infected by a hostile code that is constantly trying to attack the KVM.
K200 secure KVM switches feature the most protections and separations between connected computers available on the market. With up to sixteen connected computers, K200 series KVMs offer impressive levels of communications, even when connecting computers that are on different levels of security clearance and Internet access.
K200 series KVMs utilize unidirectional optical data-diodes which insulates all connections from any possible points of data leakage among peripherals. Unidirectional optical data diodes used to secure USB peripherals isolation. Data can flow from devices to host only. No reverse data flow possible by physics. Can be used between widest security gaps.
User authentication device port. Special USB port that supports CAC and other user authentication devices including wide range of biometric readers. User can decouple this port from KVM switching to remain authenticated on one channel if needed.
Display Plug and Play (DDC) protection. Leakage prevention through patented emulated technology. Signaling attacks prevented by design. DDC/EDID is fully functional.
