The AdderLink X-DVI is the first extender to transmit both full DVI video as well as USB keyboard and mouse and DDC EDID signals over a single CAT-6 cable.

The X-DVI achieves full frequency clock rate for single link DVI connections which means you can extend any resolution within the single link DVI range. As an example, resolutions of 1920 x 1200 @ 60Hz can be achieved without the need to reduce data, frequency or color depth in any way.

The AdderLink X-DVI allows users to distribute control of any computer which uses DVI video and USB for keyboard and mouse interface. The X-DVI can deliver perfect digital video at distances up to 165 feet and resolutions up to 165 MPixels per second (e.g. 1920x1200 @ 60Hz or 3840 x 2400 @ 17Hz).

In operation, the X-DVI is truly plug and play, delivering full EDID data from screen to computer ensuring your hardware is always setup to deliver optimal display performance.

A true plug and play solution, AdderLink X-DVI feeds back extended profile DDC EDID information from the screen so that the video card is always set up perfectly.

AdderLink X-DVI is fully flash upgradeable; future proofing the product and protecting the customer's hardware investment. Furthermore, the X-DVI can be interface powered at the computer end avoiding the need for additional power sockets and reducing cable clutter. For video only applications, an optional power supply can also be purchased.
